FEES

Fees are listed in the Registration Form and include participation in the Summit, refreshments,
luncheons, cocktails, and documentation material. (50% reduction for Yugoslav National Companies
not affiliated to EU parent Companies)

REGISTRATION

Full payment is required prior to the Summit and can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Also send
or fax completed Registration Form and payment advice to any of our three offices (Brussels,
London or Belgrade).

PAYMENT

Please send SWIFT payment (SWIFT CODE: KREDBEBB) to: BELVENT SPRL, Account
n° 437-6221881-48 c/o KBC Bank, avenue de Tervuren 16A, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.
Alternatively, we will welcome your cheque made payable to the European Finance Convention
Foundation and mailed to the following address: 30, rue Charles De Buck, 1040 Brussels, Belgium.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be received in writing by April 18, 2001 and will be subject to 50% administrative
charge. In case of cancellation after this date, you will be liable for the full Summit fee.
A substitute delegate will be accepted at any time, but please notify the organizers before the Summit.

TRAVEL AND ACCOMODATION

Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.
A block of rooms will be set aside for delegates at the Hyatt Regency Belgrade. Details will be sent
to you, when you are registered to the Summit. JAT, as official carrier for the Summit, offers special
facilities for participants. Full details on prices and bookings will be advised upon receipt of your
Summit registration.

SUMMIT PROCEEDINGS

Proceedings of the Summit will be published in a book form and will be available, in June 2001,
for non-attendees at EURO 450/DEM900.

LANGUAGE

The working language of the Summit will be English.

MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES

Limited opportunities still exist to host afternoon presentations, to advertise in the comprehensive
delegate folder and/or Proceedings Book or for exibition/display space. Please enquire for
availability.

The European Finance Convention Foundation and Euro-Balkan Enterprise reserve
the right to alter or amend the contents of the programme, the venue and/or the
speakers, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
