TANGUY DE CRAECKER (1955, Brussels, Belgium)
Graduated from High School for Commercial Studies (Brussels), 1980.
In 1982-1985 held positions as Marketing Director, Regie Media Belge,
Belgium, and Managing Director, Loretto Group of Companies, Belgium.
Since 1990 holds following positions: President, European Finance
Convention Foundation, (Brussels), President, Euro-Mediterranean
Finance Institute, (Brussels), Managing Director, E.F.E.C. Brussels SPRL,
(Brussels), Managing Director, Belevent SPRL, (Brussels). Speaks French,
English and Dutch languages.

ZORAN CICAK (1961, Belgrade, Yugoslavia)
Graduated from Faculty of Law, Belgrade University (1985).
Master of Science in International Public Law (1990). In 1994-1990
held a position as Special Councellor to the President of Beobanka,
Belgrade, in charge of international financial affairs.
Participant of the EBRD Annual General Meeting (London, 1997),
IMF/World Bank Annual Meeting (Washington, DC, 1998),
European Banking Congress (Frankfurt, 1996-1998),
European Finance Convention (Dublin 1996, Luxembourg 1997, Vienna 1998),
Euro-Mediterranean Finance convention (Valencia, 1998).
Speaks Serbian and English languages.

Tanguy de Craecker took over the post of Chairman of Managing Board,
and Zoran Cicak took over the post of General Manager of
the EURO BALKAN ENTERPRISE.
