We are pleased to announce that the Yugoslav Business and Investment Summit will take place in
Belgrade (Hyatt Regency Hotel) on 10-11 May 2001.

High ranking Senior Representatives of the economic, industrial and financial world will meet on this
occasion with the objective of promoting the development of co-operation networks within the
Balkan region and to establish wider interconnections with EU countries.

This event will largely focus on investment and trade opportunities as well as on the financial
services sectors within the new economic, banking, and financial environment.

The economy is now at an important stage of macro-economic stabilization aimed at strengthening its
foreign economic relations and increasing the volume of trade, finance and investment. Economic
co-operation with the EU is now one of the Government's main objectives.

This is the first Summit on the potential of Yugoslavia's economy to be held in Belgrade, right in the
hart of the Balkan Region, at a time when European and other international Institutions are adopting
an open policy towards the FRY and when it is about to enter into negotiations for a debt deal with
the London Club Banks.

This Summit is expected to attract a wide and influential audience from private and public sectors and
to enable them to exchange views in a perfect environment on the benefits of such co-operation and
tapping thus a market poised to play a key role in an expanding Balkan region.

The participants will include highest governmental experts, businessmen and representatives of
companies and financial institutions from more than 20 countries.

Conferences will start on both days at 09.00, ending at 18.00 and an evening reception will be hosted
by Bank Austria on May 10 at 20.00 at the Kalemegdanska Terasa, within the Kalemegdan
Fortress/Castle, overlooking the Danube river in Belgrade Old City.

We look forward to meeting you in Belgrade and to developing a useful and lasting
profitable relationship.
