The EURO BALKAN ENTERPRISE is establishing itself as a joint-venture,
registered as company in Belgrade, according to the FRY law. It is entirely in
the private ownership, with two equal founders, and comprises half of foreign
investment and half of domestic capital.

The EURO BALKAN ENTERPRISE is the first commercial foreign investment,
affectively accomplished since recent political changes in Yugoslavia took place.

Currently, The EURO BALKAN ENTERPRISE operates through its main office
in Belgrade, and representative office in Brussels.

Managing Board of the EURO BALKAN ENTERPRISE
(to be set up in the middle of 2001) would comprise together leading European
and Yugoslav figures from business community: commerce, banking and finance.
